Kitchen windows are leaking ..

When it rains !!
Outside this two story hose(On the corner there is a window on each wall). Looking at the grout in between the bricks. It to me looks funny to me and not even like on most homes. The grout has cracks and not even. Could this be the problem or Not??
I am thinking this might be the problem..
What else schould I look for ??
Could this be what is causing the leaks around the windows and dameaging the drywall ceil area ??
How do you repair the grout if this is the problem?
