I live in a basement suite with a finished ceiling. Above me is the landlord/owner with old wooden floors. They're beautiful...but they squeak like nobody's business and keep us awake all night, since he is a night owl! What can we do? Do those 'break off' screws work or will they make an unsightly mess out of his lovely floor? Any other ideas or products that could bring us relief and a good night's rest?
