Reliable Power Tools (reliablepowertools.com) has a large selection of B&D chargers. I know because I have to buy one at least once a year. I think B&D has a problem with their 14.4 chargers. I follow all the manufacturers instructions and they still burn out after about 1 year of light household usage. I purchased the 14.4 circular saw, drill, reciprocating saw and hedge trimmers. All of the original chargers have burnt out and I have gone through several replacements in the last 3 years. Black & Decker says there is no problem they are aware of and even made it sound like I was the first customer to ever have a charger fail. Their solution was for me to contact the nearest B&D service center and have my charger repaired. The replacement chargers are 13.99 plus shipping at Reliable.
