The circuit board has gone out twice-a hose inside the machine came off and flooded the floor-mold is definitely a major problem-but the final straw was when abearing went out and tore a hole in the front part of the drum of the machine (between the rubber gasket and the drum itself)
We decided to cut our losses Maytag neptunes are a lousy product!!!!! If anyone is the market for a new washer DO NOT buy a Maytag! Dependability is not their middle name! I will NEVER own any maytag appliance again. They do not stand behind their product.
