I just had a new washing machine installed with an existing stand pipe used for my previous washer. Now the stand pipe overflows when I use the machine even with low water levels.
The new machine has a longer hose running to the stand pipe,which means it has a large curve in it & the old one had a shorter thus straighter hose. Could this make the difference?
