Newly-added spa water now cloudy and full of "chunks" since addition of PH ock, antifoam, and wather

I just changed the water in my SPA on Saturday and everything was fine until I added some PH lock to the water. The water started foaming heavily, so I added some antifaom. The foam kept coming back, so I added more and more antifoam... The water became cloudy, so I added some water clarifier.
On Sunday night, the water was cloudy, foamy, and fully of little chunks.
Is the one-day old water now hopeless, or should I just give it time to clear up? BTW, I cleaned the filter cartridges and added a new Nature² cartridge.
