color wash

Go to Lowe's and take the class on faux finishes. They are free and a world of info free.The best part is you get to do the finish and see it first hand. I thought I liked the sand wash until I saw it. I am color washing my walls in deep red with a mahogany glaze rub to look like worn leather. It is fabulous and rich.
