Brief Description of Work:
We are expanding our kitchen outwardly by about 15 ft. That requires extending an existing retaining wall, new footings, and masonry. We also want to put a new deck in front of this newly constructed kitchen. The roof of this kitchen is a porch that will be extended out (15 ft.) accordingly. An in ground pool will be constructed in the back yard as well and adjacent to the porch.

Project requires concrete work, demolition of some existing wall, extending a retaining wall, footing, roofing (ceramic tiles), electrical, gas, installation of all the equipment, and water work including installation of a main water softener. Re landscaping including the demolished sprinkler system will also be required.

Engineering drawing have been submitted to the city and permit is expected to be received by March 5th, Sets of drawings are available. This is a hill side expansion on a hill side house and requires a local contractor who has worked on hill side houses.

Three current references will be required at the first visit. You should have all required licenses, insurance, and other applicable requirements for this kind of work. The terms are negotiable.

Funding are allocated and available now and we want to start the project ASAP. Please call me at 818 240 5452 to make an appointment.
