The rainbow is not really easy to use and untill a trained dealer shows you how to use it you will never use it to its full potential. Your mother was not ripped off there are hundreds of product made in this country and not everyone likes everyone of them. You may like rock music and your mother may like country music. That doesnt make her any less intelligent.But back to the rainbow, I would have never shipped one to someone who has not owned one before to prevent the very thing that has happened to you. I f you still have your Rainbow and have yet to use it I would find someone who could use it put it on ebay you could get your mother her money back. How rude of you to take a gift she gave you out of love and ridicule heer over it. Seems she made some bad decisions raising you.
