Before going to the dry cleaners with the garment try keeping it wet with water. If the paint dries it will be much harder to get out. I ran my shirt in the washing machine then after getting the excess latex housepaint out through laundering, I dabbed fingernail polish remover on the areas left and scrubbed with a fingernail brush.
