which furnace to boy?

I've got two very different bids for furnaces and I am confused. One is for a 92% two-stage, horizontal furnace by American Standard. The other is a 91% single stage gas furnace by Trane, not horizontal. The 92% is about $600 higher. I need to make the decision immediately becausing of remodeling work being done.
