How far space apart should the roof beams in an attic be? Is there a standard spacing?
The roof to the attic was not in place and the tarp covering the attic floor had holes which led to water leaking into the floor below the attic when it rained. Should the drywall that got wet be replaced? The contractor says painting is sufficient to cover the water stains. I think outlets got wet. Should an electrical inspection be done?
