wallpaper removal

I don't know why this time my wallpaper was so stubborn, I used the tiger, Dif, and steamer. The adhesive, still wants to stick in spots, we finally go most of the paper off, but its still not real good, should I plan on sanding the walls to finish the job? I know this room was sized, and I had paper with adhesive on it, plus I used more adhesive. Should I have not used extra adhesive. My walls were plasted, with swirl in them also. All were painted with matte type paint. Is any of this the reason I have had so much trouble?? Thank you, Joyce Young Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
