Hi, Randy. Your "wood" is particle board with a picture of wood printed on mylar glued to it. No paint will stick to the mylar for very long. I wish that I had a good answer for you but I really don't know of one. Gluing a laminate like formica would be extremely difficult now to cut and fit, for example.
