diamond bits are sold for drills and angle grinders, not for routers
i dont see how you can make the compound cut of the curve with a angle grinder neatly enough for a finish product
or bring the slate tops and template of your sinks to a stone shop that makes granite tops and have them detail to your specs on there water cooled diamond saws at there shop
