I have a GE TBX18CI refrigerator. Lately, it has started dumping a puddle of water on the floor every 2 or 3 days. I called the GE hotline, and they said the drain in the freezer was probably plugged. They said I might be able to see it and unplug it with hot water and a turkey baster. Well, I don't see it, so I need to come up with a Plan B. Any ideas?
