Hi, Shaun. Refinishing your cabinets can be a complicated issue and you left out a couple of important pieces of information. What are they made of? Solid wood or laminate? What color are they now and what color do you want them to be? I'll bet that if you do the cabinets, you will want to refinish or replace the countertop also. What kind of shape is it in and what is it made of? Signs of deterioration are usually around the sink.
You will find a lot about this already on the board. Hit "control-f", type in a word that sounds appropriate and keep reading and clicking.
