how about a leakey tank to bowl gasket, causes water to spill out between tank and bowl, only when flushing

usuallly runs down back of toilet, unseen till floor appears wet

i seen that before

BTW refill tubes can pop off when if work on some other part of house and main is shut, line opened up. lets say a washer in slop sink, get a air bubble in line, then you turn the main back on, someone up stairs flushes the toilet and the force of the air rushing in the refill tube mixed with water and blasts off the refill

i always check and flush all toilets and run the faucets all over a given home if i do some work that may result in a air bubble in the lines

good idea to prevent call backs

also, remove the aireator screens from faucets when flushing lines so you dont clog em with stirred up debris
