I am another "rainsoft" idoit that paid way more than he should have for a system that has never been more that a headache.I could never get anyone out to fix it and now I have moved and NOBODY wants to install my system.I bought a new house and wanted the system taken out and moved to a new location.As you can guess nobody was in the area.So I called the HQ and they said to move it and they would send a tech out in 3 days when he was to be in my area.That has been 3 years ago and a countless number of calls.Can anyone help me? OR do I need to go to court.I am sick of there BS...
