I need some help! We live in a split-level home, and the family room, which is the bottom level, has paneling. I really do not like paneling and would like something different. Behind the paneling are cement blocks. I was curious to know if we could wallpaper over the paneling. But, with electric baseboard heat, would the wallpaper stick. I'm afraid that over time, it will just wrinkle and peel off. Does anyone know if we can remove the paneling and hang dry-wall? Some suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks!
