I own a cleaning company since 1994 and specialized since 6 years on heavy duty moving out and after construction rough cleaning. The best rezults in greasy cabinets and top of range hood I obtained with a product purchased from Home Depot, ZEP brand, Orange All purpose heavy duty Cleaner. Believe me, I have seen many heavy dirty things and this Orange spray takes off everything in two or three applications followed by easy wipe off , smells OK ( I have a big issue with chimical smells in the house) and you save a lot of elbow work too.
