If you buy a small pump pressure sprayer you can drench the wall. Just spraying it with a 409 bottle and trying to wipe won't work. You need yo get it really wet. The sprayers are similar to the large 3 gallon pump Hudson Sprayers you see for gardening and pest control, only this one is only 24 or 32 oz., if you cannot find a small one buy the 3 gal one. Try any place that sells wallpaper removal equipment.
You can put 1 part bleach to 4 parts water. Or 1 pt vinegar 4 pt water. And lay it on there. It will all drip down so lay some layers of newpaper to soak it up. Since the sprayer should do the job. You could experiment with Simple Green, any Orange type cleaner, or whatever. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
