HAVE VINYL WALLPAPER IHE PAINT IS COMING OFF WITH THE PAPER IN SPOTS LEAVING A VERY ROUGH WALL SURFACE WE ARE TRYING TO PAINT AFTER PAPER REMOVAL . HAVE USED A LIQUID STRIPPER IT DOESNT REMOVE THE PAINT OR THE GLUE. THE PAPER HAS BEEB ON THE WALL ABOUT 28YR. PLEASE HELP JAN
