I had the mold and they came out and put in a new rubber thing that seemed to stop it. It was free.
In addition I have haD 7 service calls on mine. I am forced to buy the warraty contracts to keep my cost down. MY UNIT WILL BE OUT OF WARRANTY 2006, Then I will be forced to buy another washer. Service man was here 2 days ago and it still does not wash right. I also feel this machine is not getting my clothes cleAN.
