My Neptune is 5.5 yrs old, it's the MAH3000 series. I, like all of you have had trouble with mold. Also, 4 months ago I put $250 into the machine to fix door lock mechanism which in turn fried the board. Now the machine won't stop and won't spin, it ran all night. I replaced the timer ($80) to no avail. After calling Maytag I've decided to staop throwing my $ away and will try the Whirlpool or top rated Kenmore...I'll never buy Maytag again. By the way, there is a class action law-suit being worked by some folks, I'll get the website and post it here later.
