Damaged kitchen cabinet

I had water damaged and two cabinets were damagedwith water stains and I don't have the money to replace the entire set of cabinets bases. So, I am trying to see if I can remove the ones that are damaged. Now this will mean that the counter tops will have to be removed as well. I really need with project.
