Our dryer stopped working about a week ago. Purchased a used one which when delivered did not work. The nice man has tried 3 other used dryers which have not worked. Electric is 240v 30 amp 3 wire. Readings with fluke meter are red-white 247v red-neutral 127v white-neutral 127v. Power at dryer connections same. Can you help.
