I am getting ready to help paint a gym and the old paint is blue up top and nothing at the bottom but tile. how do I remove the blue paint to paint it white and what do i use to paint the tile blue. The tile has a coating on it that makes it like glass. Duct work need to be painted too. Any ideas on what to do with these surfaces.
