I could use some advice and tips on how to , popcorn a ceiling. My ceiling is already textured, and I tried retexturing it with texture paint and roller, but it is not working so well. Will popcorning it help get in the old texture and cover it up? Plus I have no idea how to popcorn..=) please email me
