Just soap the wall with hot water after you remove all the paper then I sprayed the wall with hot soapy water again, then used a putty knife to remove the glue. " Don't dig in the water do it gently ( it peels it right off becuase the glued paper is now get again) and use a green scouring pad to get the excess off follow by a clother to smooth it out. This does work. Less expensive then buying a solution, but it does take about 1 1/2 hours to do. The results are excellent.
