Two simple things I would also look at is filter, clean unobstructed filter. And you mentioned coil. When I install an "A" coil, I leave it 6 inches above the furnace. Thus leaving an access to look at the UNDER side(inlet) of your A coil. You can see the topside of a coil, but the blockage comes from Under the coil ( the side where air blows in first, then passes thru the fins). I have been in the HVAC bussiness for 20+ years, and have found 100+ coils blocked from below where very very small amounts of air could get thru, causing the same symptoms you have encountered. if it is a unit I have installed, you are in luck and shoudl have a 6 inch by 6 inch access door, if not, you are still able to undo the screws holding the plenum on to the furnace, lifting ( carefully) on the plenum enough for you to slide a mirror with a flashlight to inspect the underside of your coil. With a unti only 5 years old, a canvas should have been installed to leave flexabilty to move the coil up an inch. Replace the screws and reseal the plenum/furnace connection. Hope this gives you another option/idea to look at for your problem. Dave
