8' high x full footprint, roughed-in plumbing and stairs, 4"+ clearance left beneath all bottom plates for the future slab;window wells,ductwork stubbed to where furnace would be. All there but the slab. and 4 houses all done alike. Unfortunate that no one was on site to ask. Seems very strange to me. ps I have helped frame, sheath, side, roof more than 50 houses.
