Drainage Help needed..

Just moved into a 2 year old home...the drain tile was installed in the crawl space, but no sump pump. I installed the sump...here's the question...where do I pump it? I have the hose running out of the crawl space for now, which as you can imagine, looks "tacky". Does this need to be buried? Should I drill through the foundation wall and run the hose underground?
QUESTION 2.. the drain tile for the down spouts are above ground. What is the proper way to connect these to the down spouts? Extend the downspouts to ground level? The point is that I do not want to see the BLACK, UGLY drain tile, but I want them to be properly installed. Thanks for your help!
