I have a 1971 House. There is a outside crack In one of the corners of the house.On the inside of the corner, It is all finest off with dry wall and cabinet.it is a small leak just enough to get the carpet wet I would like to fix the outside crack. The proper why,And would you also recommond some dranage out in the front yard where the crack is.To draw the water away from the house.
