While I was waiting for your answer, I removed one holding srew from the Limit Control unit & insert the digital thermometer. The following are the observed data after the Furnace run for 35 min.
Thermometer 156F
Max.Outlet air at the top hat 145F
Control Limit Honeywell model L4064 was set at 220F
Conclusion: either the limit must be set at 220 or must be changed.
