If you are talking about static electricity shocks like you get when you pet the cat or put on a sweater, there should be nothing to be concerned about.

There are enough vinyl and other materials in a mobile home to make static electricty a common problem but a mere nusiance problem.

If they are getting real shocks, like one would experience when they stuck their finger in a light socket, they better call an electrician and the electrical inspector for your region immediately.

The situation could be life threatening.
