I have moles under my arms where i used to have a very serious yeast infection now under my arms there is nothing but dead gary skin and tiny little unsightly moles. Can u please tell me how to get rid of the moles its very embarassing i have been hiding it for over years now its kinda hard not to raise ur arm when ur swimming or tanning. PLEASE HELP ME
