Our Lennox furnace model # G1403-100-2 was installed 18 years ago.I have read several letters on the internet where this should have been inspected several years ago at no cost and was never inspected. Why was it not done until a couple of weeks ago ? Why did they come and do it now and charge me and tell me everything is wrong with it and I need a new furnace at a cost of 1,500.00.
We have never had a problem with it.I think they are looking for work.
If we do need a new furnace it will not be Lennox.
