We just finished our deck in the fall made of Brazilian Redwood. The deck looked beautiful for about two weeks and then it turns into a grayish, weathered, ugly looking wood. Our contractor has tried two different types of oil, but they work for two weeks and then fade. Any suggestions? Should we use a Thompson waterseal type of product? Help!
