I have a cement slab already poured 12X14, sitting horizontal across the corner of my lot. I am looking for ideas that would include a 4'1/2" overhang so I can add a small deck area to the front down the road, with a single door and two windows on the front side. I would also like a doublewide door on the backside to bring a small lawn tractor with a deck mower into. The rest of the shed to have 6" overhang with a gable style roof. Also a window on the left end wall. 4X4 runner style base with 3/4 tong & grove plywood base. 2X4 stick construction with cost saving material list. Do you already have plans like this and do you have a material list and cost if I do all of the work myself? Can you give me a cost for the plans up front?
