We have lived in our house for about 3 years and our kitchen floor is starting to look bad. We have vinyl flooring in it. It has a lot of build up on it. No matter how much I mop it doesn't come off. I did not know that you were suppose to strip vinyl floors one every year or two. Is this what I need to do?
