Genie Pro Screwdrive GDO

Grinding sound when trying to close the door -- Almost like stripped gear/sprocket. Most times, there will be a loud crunch before the garage door comes down; sometimes, the screw just turns and turns, while the garage door remains open.

Does the Genie Pro scredrive have some gear/sprocket assembly that can be changed? Where would I order parts?? Any ideas??

No problems whatsoever opening the garage door.
