In my house I have a bad problem with noise coming through the ceilings from the rooms upstairs. Through out the house, if someone walks across their bedroom, it sounds like there's a Marching Band upstairs. In my sons bedroom it's the worst. If he taps his desk lightly, the sound is vibrating into the floor, where it seems to get louder. From living room (right below his bedroom) the tapping sounds like an elephant jumping up and down. What can I do? Thank you
