Cultured Stone by Owens Corning

We are about to put up Cultured stone on a L shaped wall behind a gas stove/Fire Place.

I have checked all codes. Spoke with the mason suply company I purched them from.

I just want to know of any tips or any advise.
We have tiled before but never put up brick or stone.
