Sorry to here you having problems with your Lennox. Number one the furnace has a heat exchanger warranty for what? Twenty years or Lifetime? Go to www.davelennox.com Lennox should be able to answer that question. I don't think its your heat exchanger, the furnace is to new.

I'm not familiar with the G23 models they were not sold in Canada. But I think it would be similar to the G26 models sold in Canada.

Your model is a high efficient furnace using a single plastic pipe for the exhaust. Correct?
Now the flame roll out switch is located on the upper right side of the burner box, with a manual rest. This reset keeps popping out. Corrcet?

Here's what I think is wrong with your installation.

(a) Check thevent termination outside. Is it clear of snow ice build-up,etc. Maybe some children stuck something into the vent.

(b) Is the plastic vent draining (grading back)to the furnace? Shake the vent, listen if there is any water in the pipe. There shouldn't be any. If there is the pipe will have to be cut and lower towards the furnace.

(c) Check the drain on the bottom of the exhaust ventor housing. Is the condensate drain clear. There is a cleanout with a spring clamp holding a rubber cap in place. This is located underneath and behind the gas valve. Hard to get at, has this been taken apart and cleaned out.

(d) Ventor fan (Combustion Air blower) may require
replacing. Will require a Lennox Dealer to perform
this task.

(e) Heat exchanger could be carboned up and require cleaning. Have you Lennox Dealer perform this task.

Hope this helps
