I have just bought a piece of property and have a home in my minds eye, but have been to talk to some local builders. They want $3500 & up just to get on their waiting list, just to talk and then they start to tac on the money. How do I get a reliable source to help me make the house's plans to even start to be built!?? I NEED HELP! I am not rich, I do have some money to put a spec home on the lot, but REALLY bought this property and own it free and clear, to build the home of my dreams. Can you recommend anyone. I'm in Lake Havasu, AZ.
