Hi Kim,

Cultured Stone is a great DIY product. I'm no expert, but i'll tell you what I know. Always work from your corners and edges inward. It's much easier to fit a stone into the matrix than it is to fit a corner stone onto the edge. Also, the best Cultured Stone jobs i've ever seen have had a few "natural" split stones incorporated into the mix. Those stones often draw your sight first and give the impression that the stone is all real.
