The top of my water heater is leaking. What would be causing this to leak? It is leaking out where the four screws keeps the "lid" on and leaking out where the "lid" fits over the cylinder part of the tank. (The "lid" I'm refering too is the top part that has the cold / hot water pipes coming out of and the flu stack).
Rust colored water and lime deposits are all over the side from where it has leaked. The tank is only 3 or 4 years old.
