I just installed a new toilet last night. I noticed after I installed it that about every 20 minutes or so, it would start filling, for about 5 seconds. I do not see any leaks, and am pretty sure I got a good seal with the wax. I did notice that my intake pipe? in the tank seems to have a small amount of water coming from the top of it. Could this be causing my problem? Thanks.
