Generally, plywood is a subfloor. Unless it has a finish veneer it will just look like plywood panels, and even with the finish veneer you will see the seams, fasteners, fillers etc. Not that it can't be done, but probably should not. Just curious why you want to use plywood as your finish floor rather than apply woood, laminate, tile, carpet, vinyl, or other material intended as finish flooring?
